Gamers First™ Alienware™ Gear Premium Special


Official Rules and Conditions

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ENTRY

To enter, make a Premium purchase in any K2 Network title (Knight Online World, Global MU Online or War Rock). Purchase will automatically place entrants into a raffle where ten (10) random winners will be drawn.

K2 Network, Inc. ("Sponsor") collects personal information from you when you enter this contest. The information is subject to the Privacy Policy of the site through which you enter the contest.

All purchases must be made prior to: 6:59 PM (PST), 5/31/2007 (the "Contest Conclusion") for the "Gamers First™ Alienware™ Gear Premium Special." No other method of entry will be accepted. In case of dispute, purchases will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be void. Use of a false username or email account will disqualify an entry and the individual who submitted the entry. Sponsor is not responsible for hardware or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, server unavailability due to technical, capacity constraints or other issues, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic or other communications. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, can disqualify, from this contest any person who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. Sponsor has the right to terminate, suspend or modify this contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if, in Sponsor's judgment, the contest is altered, corrupted or cannot be completed as planned due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or other conditions beyond the Sponsor's control. Incomplete entries are invalid, and players with incomplete entries will be disqualified.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To enter the contest, as of April 20, 2007, you must (a) be 13 years of age or older and (b) have Internet access and an email account. Employees of Sponsor, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they reside) or households of such employees are not eligible. Contest is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All U.S. federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. DURATION

The "Gamers First™ Alienware™ Gear Premium Special" starts at 10:00AM (PST) on April 23, 2007 and ends at 6:59PM (PST) on May 31, 2007.

4. SELECTION OF WINNING ENTRIES

A total of ten (10) winners will be drawn on or about 6:59 PM (PST), 5/31/2007 by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

5. PRIZE "Gamers First™ Alienware™ Gear Premium Special"

Five (5) winners will each receive the following:

Alienware™ Ozma 7 Headphone (Valued at $195.95)

Total Value: $195.95 per winner

And

Five (5) winners will each receive the following:

Alienware™ Odyssey Backpack (Valued at $100.00)

Total Value: $100.00 per winner.

Prizes will be sent via mail. Winners will be responsible for making sure their mailing address is correct and up-to-date.

Sponsor will not be held responsible in cases where winners do not receive their notifications or prizes due to incorrect mailing addresses.

Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prize for cash or other goods and services is permitted. Taxes on prizes (including, without limitation, income or withholding taxes), if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual winners.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering into the contest, you agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Winners may be posted on www.K2Network.Net and/or as a part of any electronic or paper publication owned, operated or endorsed by K2 Network. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may edit and modify any submission before posting. By entering, entrant grants to Sponsor the right to use their names, likeness, hometown and biographical information, for any lawful purpose, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns are not in any way responsible or liable for damages, loss or injury resulting from participation in this contest or acceptance, loss or use of any prizes awarded in this contest. You further agree that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Except where prohibited, you agree that this promotion and these Official Rules will be governed by the law of the State of California, and any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the U.S. Federal and State Courts of Sacramento County, California, U.S.A. You assume sole liability for injuries, including personal injuries and/or damage to property or prize, caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this contest or the acceptance, loss, shipment, or use of any prize awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to contact entrants, whether due to technical or human error. All of Sponsor's decisions regarding the application and interpretation of the Rules and Conditions are final.

7. WINNERS LIST

The winners of this contest may be posted online, in emails or other electronic/paper publications owned, operated or endorsed by K2 Network. For a printed list of winners available after 6:59PM (PST) on May 31, 2007, mail a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to be received by 6:59PM (PST) on June 29, 2007 to: Winner's List, 14252 Culver Dr. #A355, Irvine, CA 92604.
